How do I receive my manual?

After purchase you’ll get a confirmation and a placeholder file. Your secure download link is added to My Account → My Manuals within 5–15 minutes, and we email you when it’s ready.

What’s the difference between buying and subscribing?

You can buy a single manual as a one-time purchase, or join a membership to download a set number of manuals every 30 days at a much lower effective price, with low overage rates beyond your allowance.

How does the monthly allowance work?

Each plan includes a number of manuals per 30-day period (15 / 20 / 30). Your allowance resets every 30 days. Extra downloads are charged per manual at your plan’s overage rate.

Can I re-download a manual later?

Yes. Every manual you buy or claim stays in your library permanently and can be re-downloaded at no extra cost.

What format are the manuals?

Digital PDF — searchable and printable on any device.

Can I cancel my membership?

Anytime, from your account billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current period.

Do you offer refunds?
