Welcome to Repair-Bay, your destination for professional-grade digital service and repair manuals. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle payments, cancellations, support, and access — designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with standard digital-goods practices. Because our products are digital files delivered on demand, the following applies to all purchases and memberships.
Repair-Bay offers two ways to obtain manuals: individual one-time purchases and membership subscriptions. Individual purchases give you a licence to that specific Manual, which remains available for re-download in your Account library. Memberships grant a recurring allowance of downloads from our Catalog that resets every 30 days. All payments are for the licence and platform access described in our Terms & Conditions; no transfer of ownership or copyright occurs. Access begins immediately upon a successful transaction.
Manuals are digital downloads. By purchasing, you request immediate access to the file and acknowledge that, once a download link or placeholder document has been delivered to your Account, the product is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable. This applies even if you have not yet opened or saved the file, because delivery of the digital service is deemed complete the moment access is granted. Where a statutory cooling-off or right of withdrawal would otherwise apply, you agree it is waived once delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law. We do not operate a free trial.

In most cases a problem with a file can be fixed quickly — contact us and we will provide a corrected or alternative download link before considering a refund.
When your membership ends, your monthly download allowance stops. Manuals you purchased individually remain in your Account library for re-download. Manuals you claimed using a membership allowance remain visible in your Account download history for 180 days from the date of download, after which the history entry may be automatically removed. To continue claiming new manuals from the Catalog under a membership allowance, an active subscription is required.
We recommend you save any downloaded files locally for future reference. While individually purchased manuals remain available for re-download, and membership downloads remain visible for 180 days, we cannot guarantee indefinite hosting of any specific file, and availability may change as described in our Terms.

If you experience any issue downloading your manuals, we will provide an alternative link to ensure you receive your files successfully. Most delivery questions are resolved the same day. See How Downloading Works.
Repair-Bay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that violates our Terms & Conditions, or in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback on a legitimate charge without first contacting us is a breach of our Terms and may result in suspension of your Account and loss of access to previously delivered manuals.
